Would RFP-II proposals benefit from establishing close connection(s) to one or more funded RFP-I Consortia, such as demonstrating what tools developed by the Consortia they would use and how they might complement the Consortia research?

Proposals will be judged on the criteria outlined in RFP-II. Collaborations with a GoMRI Consortium should be made if it improves the research quality or capacity of the proposal, but there is no requirement or expectation of collaboration with existing Consortia.
