We invite interest from ocean researchers in assessing whether induced upwelling can mitigate hypoxia. There is interest from an Indian group to engineer more diatoms using “Nualgi” nano-scale additive. Open to anyone's thoughts on this and be happy to coordinate an email exchange with them.
