When compiling our complete application package, is there a specific order we should adhere to when uploading the lead organization and consortium partners' budgets, justifications, and indirect cost rate agreements? For example, should all the budgets be presented together, followed by all the justifications and IDC agreements; or should we group these documents together for each institution?

Please follow the order of required sections, as described in the RFP-I Preparation and Submission Instructions. For budgets, please bundle the budget, budget justification, and indirect cost rate agreement for each institution with a sub-award exceeding $100,000 per year. The lead institution’s budget, budget justification, and indirect cost rate agreement should be the first in the budget section.
