I have an international co-PI whose institution has to abide by the laws of the country they are in. Once the award has been granted, will the GRI representatives be able to accommodate international legal criteria? Otherwise there is no point in having international participation.

Any Research Consortium, research institution, or co-investigator that receives funding, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, under the GRI is subject to and must comply with the terms and conditions of the GRI MRA. While funding from the GRI is open to the international community, all investigators are subject to the terms and conditions in the MRA.
