RFP-V: How to Apply

In order to be considered for funding under the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative RFP-V, proposing researchers must submit:

  1.  a letter of intent (LOI), and
  2.  a full proposal.

The timeline for proposal submission is as follows:

  • 15 December 2014  5:00 p.m. Eastern – LOI from each prospective Research Project due
  • 13 March 2015  5:00 p.m. Eastern – Research Project proposals in response to RFP-V are due

When preparing materials for submission, applicants are encouraged to review the Frequently Asked Questions.  Any additional questions can be submitted here.  The deadline to submit questions on RFP-V is Friday February 27, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. No new questions will be addressed after this time.
