Because the letters of intent (LOIs) are not reviewed and because the listed investigators may change from LOI to full proposal, an individual may appear in more than three LOIs. However, please note that should an individual appear on four or more full proposals, all proposals involving that individual will be disqualified. It is the responsibility of the submitters to confirm that each member of the entire team is within the eligibility guidelines.
