What if the typefaces suggested do not meet the 6 lines per vertical space of 1.0 inch guideline?

1 Answer

Using one of the typefaces required in RFP-V under C. Proposal Formatting, 3. Proposal Margin and Spacing Requirements, will meet formatting requirements (regardless if the 6 lines per vertical space of 1.0 inch guideline is slightly exceeded). The guidelines specified in RFP-V establish the minimum type size requirements; however, applicants are advised that readability is of paramount importance and should take precedence in selection of an appropriate font for use in the proposal.
