RFP-IV: How to Apply

In order to be considered for funding under the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative RFP-IV, proposing consortia, must submit:

1.  A Preliminary Proposal, and
2.  A Full Proposal. 

Detailed requirements and formatting guidelines, including required templates, for the preliminary and full proposal can be found in the RFP-IV Section VI.

The timeline for proposal submission is as follows:

• 15 January 2014  5:00 p.m. EST -Pre-proposal  from each prospective Research Consortium due
•  2 June 2014  5:00 p.m. EDT – Research Consortium full proposals in response to RFP-IV are due

When preparing materials for submission, applicants are encouraged to review the Frequently Asked Questions.  Any additional questions can be submitted here.  The deadline to submit questions on RFP-IV is Monday, 19 May 2014 5:00 p.m. EDT.  No new questions will be addressed after this time.
