Notice: RFP-I For Research Consortia – Proposal Submission Deadline 11 July

Dear GoMRI Applicant,
Please be reminded that the deadline to submit a full proposal in response to RFP-I is 9:00pm EDT on Monday, 11 July 2011.
Please consider the following reminders:
- Please refer to the RFP-I Preparation and Submission Instructions for details on required sections of the full proposal and indicated page limits. Follow the order of required sections when collating your proposal. FULL PROPOSALS CONTAINING ITEMS OTHER THAN THOSE DESCRIBED IN THE PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS OR EXCEEDING THE PAGE LIMITATIONS WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW.
- For ease of review, please clearly label proposal sections (as named in the RFP-I Preparation and Submission Instructions), include sections in the correct order, and load all pages in the proper orientation.
- For budgets, please bundle the budget, budget justification, and indirect cost rate agreement for each institution with a sub-award exceeding $100,000 per year. The lead institution’s budget, budget justification, and indirect cost rate agreement should be the first in the budget section.
- Please allow adequate time for the submission of your proposal: https://gulfresearchinitiative.org/request-for-proposals/rfp-i/. The form will promptly close at 9:00pm EDT on 11 July 2011 and applicants will not be able to access the form after that time (even if you are working in the form at the deadline). TO ENSURE PROPER SUBMISSION, PLEASE SUBMIT EARLY!
