Scientists Encouraged to Participate in the Decadal Survey of Ocean Sciences

The National Research Council is conducting a Decadal Survey of Ocean Sciences (DSOS 2015), and the National Science Foundation (NSF) is sponsoring this effort. Studies Show Carbon Black Particles as an Alternative or Supplement for Oil Dispersants
